Unfortunately OSTRICHPILLOW ® cannot accept cancelations once orders have been processed, because the order is already on its way. How do I track my order?
That’s an easy one! We want you to always be in touch with the stork delivering your baby. For that purpose, once you place an order with OSTRICHPILLOW® we will automatically email you updates with any changes in the status of the package along with a tracking number. As soon as the order is picked up and on its way, courier will update you as well until it gets delivered. If you are feeling chatty, you can always email us on email@example.com to get the exact info. We will be happy to inform you.
