Frequently Asked Questions
Use
Why Go Neck Pillow?
- Hold the earplug between your thumb and index finger.
- Gently insert the ear tip into your ear.
- Rotate the top puck slightly until it fits securely in your ear concha (the bowl-shaped part of your outer ear).
Why is one side of the neck pillow higher than the other?
Getting the right fit can make all the difference. Orbit includes four different size tips so that you can find the one that works best for your ears. It’s normal for each ear to require a different size, so don’t be afraid to try out combinations. It might take a few attempts to get them just right, but once you do, you’ll feel and hear the difference.
How do I clean Go Neck Pillow?
Orbit offers a noise reduction of 26dB (SNR) / 19dB (NRR). It gently softens everyday sounds like partners, neighbors, and traffic to help you drift into deeper, more restorative sleep.
Can I return Go Neck Pillow?
Yes, Go Neck Pillow is covered by our 100-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 100 calendar days of the delivery date.
