We warrant our products to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for two years worldwide from the date of its original purchase.

Is my product under warranty?
Only purchases made on the Ostrichpillow® official website are covered by this warranty. If you buy our products from any of our authorized distributors, you should exercise the warranty before such distributors. To find out more, check here.

Damage caused by regular use of the product, such as stains, burns, or rough usage are not cause for replacement and will not be recognized as covered by the warranty.

Before submitting your request, here are some important info to remember:
  • All damage requests will be thoroughly inspected by our team.
  • If your product is a Light, Loop, or Mini, the label around the pillow has to be intact. (Unless this is a warranty claim)
  • Any damage that is related to improper care or misuse is not covered with the warranty. Here is a link to our Care recommendations.
  • Returns made without our authorization will be refused.
  • If your request is approved, you will receive an email with the next steps to follow.
  • Please do not hesitate to reply in case you need further help!
  • The Batch Code is a number we use to identify and control our production. It should look like OPXXXXXX (8 digits, as an example OPGV0215) and you can find it in the packaging and the product label.
