Easy to use

Hot & cold therapy has never been easier to do.

Hot Effect

To heat simply place the clay bag in the microwave and heat it at 1000W for 55 seconds.

Make sure that any additional microwave features are turned off.

Cold Effect

For cold effect, leave the clay bag in the freezer for at least 1 hour.

"Very sophisticated upgrade to the classic waterbag, its versatile heat-retaining clay is sheathed in a smooth, pleasingly hued fabric cover. Retains heat a fairly long time. Haven't tried cold function yet. Time to microwave will vary depending on microwave so test it out as instructed. Very comfortable to hold."

"Warmer, more comfortable, and safer feeling than a traditional rubber or silicone water bottle. Keeps the heat well and even when cooled it never feels cold. Tip: I found that heating in the microwave for the recommended 55 seconds wasn't warm enough for me. A bit of experimentation and I settled on a much toastier 1 minute per side (1 minute then turn over and repeat) in an 800w oven."

A bit disappointing

"I have to say I expected more from this after reading the reviews. I found that it doesn’t warm up consistently. The edges of the heat bag get quite warm but the middle part doesn’t; I have tried increasing the heat in 10 second increments in the microwave, as suggested in the instructions, but it doesn’t seem to make much difference."
